You have to find the excess calories you don't realize you're consuming


Like taking 1 sugar in your coffee instead of 2 or 3. Or, cutting out one soda a day (if you drink ones with calories).

It may seem like small amounts, but it can be really helpful in the long run, and not a drastic change in your day to day habits.
